Is Church Attendance Compulsory?

As water is to the fish, so is the Church to the Christian. If you can do without breathing then you can do without the Local Church. There's no Christian who can survive without regular Church attendance.

The Church is the house of God, neglecting or forsaking it, is forsaking God. How can you love a man but hate his household? 

Jesus was a product of regular synagogue attendance (Luke 2:46; Luke 4:16). Paul was also a product of regular Church attendance (Acts 11:25-26). So who is your example in absconding Church meetings?

We are warned to never forsake Church attendance (Heb 10:25). It is a vital part of our life. Our spiritual health depends on it.

You can't truly grow spiritually without regular and punctual Church attendance. It is as important as your salvation.

Your commitment to Church, the house of God, is your commitment to God and vice versa.
